High Fashion (China) Co., Ltd. was founded in 1973 and it became a subsidiary exclusively invested by Hong Kong High Fashion Group in 2000. It is located in the city of Hangzhou, which has been referred to as China’s "prefecture of silk" since ancient times. The Company specializes in dyeing and printing of various textile products and it is engaged in a coordinated process from production of real silk woven &knitted garments, the manufacture of garment accessories to apparel exportation. Products are mainly exported to USA and Europe.
With a registered capital of 86 million US dollars, High Fashion (China) Co., Ltd has set up 8 branches and owns 3 key production bases engaged respectively in silk printing & dyeing, woven garment production and knitted garment manufacture. The company has a total area of 250,000 square meters with a workforce of more than 5,000 employees. Current annual output is 7 million units in woven garment, and 5 million in knitted garment. The annual productive capacity is 12,000,000 meters in both printed silk fabric and dyed silk fabric.

In the year 2004 and 2005 the company’s exportation volume in woman garment ranked first among all the garment enterprises and its own brand “August Silk” is the world’s largest selling brand of woman silk garment.
